We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty

All our jewellery pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
Tarnishing or discoloration due to exposure to perfumes, lotions, or chemicals.
Lost or stolen items.
If your jewellery requires repair under warranty, please contact us at ihab@dore-eg.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the item and provide repair or replacement options as appropriate.
